How To Step Into Your Power
What Is It Like To Stand In Your Power?
When we stand in our power we feel strong, inspired, motivated and treat ourselves and others with compassion. When we wallow in victimhood we tend to feel weak, uninspired, unmotivated and have a troubled relationship with both our own self worth and others.
I have created a small guidance system for you to reference now, and on a daily basis if you choose. It will help you identify to what degree you are standing in your power. If you wish, you may write these in small print on a double sided card and carry in in your wallet, or create a note on your mobile phone for future reference.
